Facility Type / Size:  55 medical facilities from warehousing thru veterinary and dental clinics to a community hospital consolidating into eight brand new buildings:

  • Camp Humphreys Dental Clinic ($23.5M/40K sf)
  • 65th Medical Brigade Headquarters ($17.2M)
  • Camp Humphreys Consolidated Health/Dental Clinic ($20.8M/39K sf)

  • Medical Warehouse ($5M/53K sf)
  • EDIS ($4.1M/9K sf)
  • Bldgs 555 and 576

VWI is the sole contract holder for the IO&T medical facility moves from Area I & II to Area III in South Korea supporting the Land Partnership Program (LPP) and Yongsan Relocation Project (YRP).  IO&T relocates organizations from 55 different locations to the new projects that include: Hospital, TMC-DC, Vet Clinic, Medical Brigade HQ, EDIS, Medical Warehouse, Building 555, Building 576, and Main Dental.  This work includes Comprehensive Project Management, Comprehensive Equipment Planning – medical and IT, Comprehensive Interior Design Services, Transition, Warehousing, Installation/Testing, Relocation and In patient Move plus Close out activities and Post Occupancy Evaluation.  As with the requirements in the IO&T contract, VWI is working with multiple stakeholders to perform the work facilitating the accomplishments of tasks and activities.  Stakeholders include Health Facility Planning Agency, executive leadership of the various organizations (command staff), subordinate units, Corps of Engineers, construction contractors, other IO contractors, US Forces Korea staff and community organizations.
